Caring for your Purchase

Fabric is precious.

We offer the following information and care suggestions which will help you extend the life of your Malaha products even further.

We recommend Dry-clean for first few times and after that you can ensure that they last for a long time by:

  • Washing them in cold water;
  • Avoiding soaking them;
  • Drying them in shade.

We are confident that your garments will remain in excellent condition if handled this way.

Please note, these care tips are guidelines only and variations will apply to some fabrics. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Printed Cotton Garments :

Cool handwash or gentle machine wash. Wash light and dark colours separately, do not twist/wring. Dry in shade, inside out to avoid fading. Drycleanable. For garments that are highlighted with embroidery/beads and sequins, please dry clean or delicately handwash only.

Solid Colour Cotton Garments/Dyed Cotton Garments :

We use premium fabrics for all our garments hand sourced by our team. It is advisble to hand wash the garments in cold water. Since the fabric is dyed using natural, vegetable dyes, it may rub dry or bleed colour on coming in contact with water for the first time. Do not dry the outfits in the drier.

Dry clean is ideal. Following the instructions will help you prolong the life of your cotton clothes. Do not dry the outfits in the drier.
